Create campaign

Advanced contract-backed creation. The API currently prepares metadata only for products, so campaign and plan metadata must already be published and hashed.

Metadata infrastructure gap

Unlike product creation, this flow cannot upload an image or prepare metadata through the current API. Use only a real published URI and its matching bytes32 hash; the frontend will not fabricate either value.
